Who we are

The intesiv.com website is operated by Intesiv. You can contact us anytime at contact@intesiv.com.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone (if you provide it) and your message.

The server hosting the site temporarily keeps technical logs (IP address, date and page visited), which are needed for security.

Why we use it

We use the data only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to prepare the quote and contract. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit a page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for at most 24 months if we don't end up working together. If we sign a contract, documents are kept as required by law.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent data. Only providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, email), with servers in the European Union, may access it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at contact@intesiv.com.
